NT emergency data: sources and coverage

The Northern Territory is the simplest integration in the country and the thinnest. One JSON feed, standard timestamps, and noticeably less metadata than anywhere else.

Overview

NT Police, Fire and Emergency Services (PFES) publishes a single JSON feed covering all incident types.

Integration notes

Agencies: PFES (all incidents).
Timestamps: One of the few Australian feeds publishing standard ISO 8601. No custom parsing needed.
Auth: Public. No authentication required.
Limitations: Limited metadata compared with other states, and incident type mapping can be inconsistent. One feed covers the whole territory.
